What we collect and why

• Quote and demo requests: your name, role, email, phone if you give it, your organisation and what you tell us about it. We use them to reply and to prepare your quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Support requests: your name, email, organisation and what you tell us. We use them to help you and to keep a history of your requests. The lawful basis is our contract with your organisation, or our legitimate interest in supporting our products.
• Payments: the reference, amount, your name, organisation and email. Card details go directly to our payment provider, Stripe, and never reach us.

Where it is kept

Quote and support requests are kept in our own helpdesk, which runs on our own server. Payments are handled by Stripe, who act under their own privacy policy. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don’t lead to an order are deleted after two years. Support requests and payment records are kept for as long as your organisation is a customer and for six years afterwards, as UK tax and contract rules require.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its typeface is served from this website, not from a third party.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@pmc-solutions.co.uk. If you’re not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
